With Lender Partners
The core function of our Services is to connect borrowers with lenders. When we match your application to a lender, we share your application information — including your business details, financial profile, and contact information — with that lender for the purpose of evaluating and potentially funding your loan request. By submitting an application, you expressly authorize Arches Fund to share your information with matched lenders in our network.
With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Netlify (website hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
